This study was presented at the launching conference for the second phase of the review of economic laws (the Iraq Caucus 2020) in cooperation with the Center for Special International Projects, Baghdad – Iraq / 10-16-2012. The study was adopted as a main focus for discussion during the aforementioned meeting.

The idea of establishing the Iraqi Business Council is based on the common desire generated by a number of elites.
