IBC Hosts the Signing Ceremony of “My Cake House” Cakes & Desserts Book

Among the activities of IBC Cultural Program “Ibdaa”, IBC hosted on Saturday July 23rd 2016 on IBC Hall – first floor the book signing ceremony of “My Cake House” for making and designing cakes and desserts by Zainab and Zahraa Mirjan.

IBC CEO welcomed the audience and gave an overview on the two Canada residents cakes and pastry specialists Zainab and Zahraa Mirjan, followed by an overview presented by Mrs. Zahraa Mirjan on “My Cake House” book which covers over 60 recipes in Arabic on cakes baking and decoration and a review on various certificates obtained from international culinary institutions in Canada in cake making and decoration and their participation in specialized annual fairs held in the America and Canada.

Ms. Mirjan invited the guests to follow “My Cake House” episodes on Youtube (My Cake House Show) presented by Mrs. Zainab Mirjan. During the signing ceremony the guests tasted the most important cake and dessert recipes the book contained.

On IBC side, the ceremony was attended by IBC Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Saad Naji, member of the General Assembly Mrs. Hadeel Hassan, IBC CEO and staff.

The book signing ceremony witnessed a high turnout of the Iraqi community, IBC guests, in addition to journalists and satellite TV channels
