By a personal invitation, the Chairman of Al-Hussein Technical University, Professor Ismael Al-Hinti, received on Sunday September 14th, 2025, in the University Campus the Deputy Chairman & Secretary-General of the Iraqi Business Council, Dr. Saad Naji, and IBC Director General. The meeting was attended by the Assistant University President for Resources Enhancement, Dr. Manal Al-Issa.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Al-Hinti gave a presentation on the idea behind the University foundation and its main objectives, emphasizing the strategic partnership with the private sector to enhance the University’s pioneering role in qualifying youth and empowering them to effectively contribute to economic development. Prof. Al-Hinti stressed the importance of partnership being based on “win-win” principle to ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
The President of the University reviewed the diploma and bachelor’s programs adopted by the University, the innovative educational methods and the research and study centres that support its academic journey.
For his part, Dr. Saad Naji commended and emphasized the Council’s keenness on collaborating with Al-Hussein Technical University in pioneering projects that contribute to empowering students and preparing them to enter the labor market through partnership with IBC companies to enhance sustainable development.
